Gypsum board is currently the main material for partition walls and ceilings in the field of architectural decoration. The production line of gypsum board is roughly divided into Powder supply, Paper supply, Wet transfer, Drying, Dry transfer, Sawing and  Edge Sorting （trimming, sealing），Packaging, Storage, etc. 

Product introduction

Based on 10 years of research and development of gypsum board production equipment, Reebow has invested a lot of R&D resources to develop this smart gypsum board factory solution for customers. This solutions includes hardware automatic equipment  and flexible production management system. This solution realized the monitoring of  entire  process from powder supply to terminal storage. This solution allows use to customize the different MES production management system according to actual needs. Reebow has already some successful project cases in domestic gypsum board industry and now is leading the development of industry standardization.
