This system can monitor the entire process from front-end powder supply to end warehousing, also users can cstomize the different index according to their own needs. The detection founction mainly applies visual online detection of product length, thickness, and appearance, analyzes data, and achieves online control ofproduct quality. On the basis of the three major functions of data visualization, remote operation and maintenance, and report push, the MES system for production execution promotes the upgrading of manufacturing modes by conducting data analysis and utilization, achieving process optimization and quality improvement, and equipment maintenance.
